Connor Shea of Putnam Recognized at 2014 Convocation at Pomfret School

The faculty and students at Pomfret School ushered in the 2014-15 academic year at the School's annual Convocation ceremony on Sunday, September 7, and honored returning students receiving awards for academic "excellence and achievements" in the 2013-14 school year. Dean of Academics Patrick Andren presented the awards.

Connor Shea of Putnam, a member of the Pomfret class of 2015, was one of thirty-nine students in the limelight. Connor received the Science Elective Prize, "given in recognition of committed study and academic achievement in the broadening elective courses."

Members of the class of 2014 were recognized last May at the traditional senior awards dinner the night before graduation.
