Dejda Collins Graduates from Pomfret School

On Sunday May 27, 2012, Pomfret School celebrated it's 118th commencement. Student elected speaker, Dong Ku "David" Im addressed his classmates before Ian Murray, CEO of Vineyard Vines, gave the commencement address.

Dejda Collins of Montvale, NJ is the daughter of Mr. Robert Collins and Mrs. Vanda Collins. During commencement, Dejda was awarded The Founder's Medal, considered the highest honor bestowed upon a member of the graduating class. During her senior year, Dejda served as School Council vice president. She will attend Bucknell University in the fall.

Founded in 1894, Pomfret School is an independent college preparatory boarding and day school for 350 students in grades 9 through 12 from 26 states and 13 foreign countries.
